Energy ranks as the second largest cost of home ownership and homeowners are increasingly concerned about utility bills. Energy costs are increasing annually and we can only assume that our utility bills will continue to increase as raw fuel cost increase and those increases are passed on to us as consumers.  The only option we have in combating the increasing cost is to make our homes as energy efficient as possible.

We are Certified Energy Inspector’s and can examine and measure all energy related parts of your home.  We inventory the insulation, windows, heating and cooling systems, water heater and appliances in the home.

The information collected during our site visit is analyzed and detailed documentation is provided listing recommended improvements and replacements. An analysis of estimated cost and savings is provided for each recommendation. Additionally, we will provide you with other energy-efficiency strategies which you can typically perform yourself.

The tune-up report will provide access to suppliers and contractors who can tune-up your home, direct telephone access to professionals to answer your home energy questions, and information on financing for homeowners wanting to make this investment without paying for it all at once.
