MHI provides a full narrative style report which documents every major system and component of the home per the American Society of Home Inspectors Standards of Practice. The report also points out maintenance recommendations and any suggested safety upgrades.

In addition, MHI provides a summary report of critical findings which averages 3-6 pages.  The summary report identifies those items that should be repaired, replaced or evaluated by a qualified professional prior to the close of escrow.
