Inspection Report:
Your inspection report will be provided to you by e-mail. To assure confidentiality of your inspection information, we will provide you a link, user name and password which will allow you access to your reports. You will be capable of providing the access information to anyone you wish to allow access to the documentation. Our goal is to have your inspection report in you're incoming e-mail the morning after the inspection. We know that you need your property information quickly to allow negotiation planning with your Realtor.

Highly Trained Inspectors:
Every MHI inspector is professionally trained by accredited home inspector training institutes. Each inspector must successfully complete comprehensive training programs, pass several in-depth reviews, pass the national home inspectors test and apprentice with an experienced inspector before they are allowed to perform independent inspections. These safeguards assure you that your inspector is well trained and qualified to represent you in the real estate transaction.
